1. I have sent some items a while ago, when will they be published on the website?
There can be several reasons why your items have not been published:
- Items are already on the website (most likely!)
- You forgot to attach the item(s) in your e-mail (second most likely)
- We haven't started with your submission just yet
- Item is too extreme
- We didn't find your item very funny
- Item is of inferior quality
- Finally: The editors are not perfect!

2. Why can't I download the items?
We invest a lot of time (and money) in the collecting of items and therefore want you to keep coming back to the website. What you can do is add items to your favorites. Click on the heartshape below an item. Then you have your favorite items at your fingertips!

3. Can you send me a particular item?
Unfortunately we do not send items upon request. What you can do is add an item to your favorites. This way, your favorite item is always within reach!

4. I can't view some items!
Make make sure that you have the latest Flash Player installed! For some older items you need additional software, click on the links below to install:
- Microsoft Media Player for various audio and video items.
- Microsoft Powerpoint for PowerPoint presentations.
- Quicktime for Quicktime movies.

5. How did you get all these items?
We get a lot of items sent from visitors. And sometimes we make them ourselfs. Do you have good quality items, send them to us!

6. How can I submit Humor XL items?

7. Can I have some items on my own website?
In principle no. If you own a non-commercial website then we don't really mind provided that you host the images yourself. You'd make us happy with a link to www.ongein.nl or one of the related pages. Direct linking (deep linking) to the pictures and movies is always a bad thing!
